The ZyncPDF name and logo are exclusive to the site owners. Use of the service does not transfer any ownership of these Materials.

ZyncPDF does not claim ownership over files you upload, edit, or convert. You retain all intellectual property rights to your content. You are responsible for the material you process through our Service.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the service for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose. You will not process unlawful or offensive content, nor attempt to disrupt or overload the Service (including automated access such as “bots”).

ZyncPDF may use third-party services for analytics or monetization (e.g., Buy Me a Coffee, Plausible.io, Google Ads). These services are governed by their own terms and policies. ZyncPDF is not responsible for their content or practices.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” You use ZyncPDF at your own risk. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, related to the use of the Service.

Since all file processing occurs on your local device, ZyncPDF bears no responsibility for data loss, corruption, or damages arising from use of the Service.
